Quote and policy updates

Npinsur is the insurance brand of Neighborhood Philanthropy, LLC, DBA Neighborhood Philanthropy Insurance Solutions. If you opt in, we may send texts from (888) 914-6747 about your quote requests, appointments, policy servicing, and renewal reminders. Message frequency varies based on your requests and policy activity. This program does not include promotional messages.

Your choice

SMS consent is optional. You can request a quote, purchase insurance, and receive service without agreeing to text messages. Providing your phone number or agreeing to email updates does not enroll you. We do not treat existing contacts as opted in. Promotional messages would require a separate opt-in.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also contact andrew@npinsur.com or call (888) 914-6747. Opting out of texts does not cancel or change an insurance policy.

Rates and availability

Msg & data rates may apply. Ask your mobile carrier about your plan. Delivery is subject to carrier availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texting is subject to carrier approval and is not currently enabled.

Privacy and insurance

See our Privacy Policy for information about mobile data and consent records. Do not send payment details, Social Security numbers, driver’s license images, or other sensitive documents by text. A text message does not bind, change, cancel, or establish insurance coverage.
