This policy describes information collected through the Npinsur website, operated by Neighborhood Philanthropy, LLC, DBA Neighborhood Philanthropy Insurance Solutions.

What we collect and why

We collect the contact, business, coverage, application, and supporting information you choose to provide so we can respond to inquiries, prepare insurance applications, help service policies, and maintain records. The website may remember contact details in your browser tab for up to eight hours to help you complete forms. Our systems also use security and request records to prevent abuse and operate the service.

Service providers and insurance markets

We use service providers to host the website, deliver communications, and maintain business records. Information relevant to your insurance request may be shared with insurers, wholesalers, and other insurance service providers to process that request. If you use V, your chat messages and coverage context are processed by OpenAI to provide replies. Do not enter payment details, Social Security numbers, medical records, or policy documents into V.

Text-message information

We record your submitted SMS choice, phone number, disclosure version, source form, and submission time. Providing a phone number or consenting to email is not SMS consent. We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not transferred to insurance markets. Messaging providers may process the information needed to operate the text service.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies based on your requests and policy activity. Msg & data rates may apply. See the SMS Terms. Promotional messages are not included in this program.
